ISDN-PRI is an innovative solution for business voice. The service entails an all-digital telecommunications technology that is used mainly as voice trunks connecting to the customers PABX system with Euro ISDN interface. It is composed of 30 channels with corresponding subscriber numbers capable of both outgoing and incoming calls, providing direct connection without need to pass through an operator or IVRS.

• E1 lines (with 30 channels) to be connected to customer's PBX
• Composed of an E1 switch port and a leased line component
• Capable of both DID (Direct Inward Dialing) and DOD (Direct Outward Dialing)
• DID functionality allows external callers to directly call an extension without passing thru an operator or IVRS. An extension is assigned its own DID number/MSN (Multiple Subscriber Number) which can be dialed directly from outside.
• Each ISDN PRI circuit can have up to 30 DID numbers or MSN's.
• DOD functionality allows an extension to make an outside call without passing thru an operator or IVRS by dialing "9" + outside telephone number
• No need to program DID and DOD channels – channels adjust automatically
